Celestine M. Rupert is a native of Houston, Mississippi. She has been a member of the church for over 51 years. All of her accomplishments she credits to the Lord and her family. Celeste is a graduate of Immaculata University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Resources Dynamic with a minor in Psychology; and a Masters from the University of Phoenix in Organizational Management.
Celeste worked as a assistant teacher for several years for the Tupelo Public
School system in Tupelo, Mississippi, as well as, the Administrator of the Welcome Center at Delaware County Community College for ten years and a caseworker for the city of Philadelphia. In 2008, she started her own business as Celeste Southern Desserts. Presently, she works in the Baltimore City Schools.
Celeste is married to Willie L. Rupert, Jr., Minister of the Central Church of Christ in Baltimore, Maryland. They have. Been married for 39 years and have two beautiful children and a wonderful daughter-in-law: Emmanuel Louis and wife, Dr. Veronica Rupert and Kimberly Symone Rupert.
